Seeking a seasoned UI/UX Designer with 5-8 years of experience to lead our design team. The ideal candidate will guide the team, drive design strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.

Responsibilities

Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of designers, fostering a creative and collaborative environment. Design Strategy: Define and implement design strategies aligned with product goals. User Research: Conduct and analyze user research to inform design decisions. UI/UX Design: Oversee the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Collaboration: Work closely with product and development teams to deliver high-quality designs. Project Management: Manage design projects, ensuring timely delivery.

Requirements

At Least 2+ years in a leadership role. Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma. Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
