HireVYA

Job Safety

HireVYA is designed to surface genuine opportunities and apply verification controls, but candidates should still evaluate every employer and communication carefully.

Never pay for a job offer

Treat requests for recruitment fees, security deposits, equipment purchases from a specified seller, training payments, gift cards, crypto transfers or money to “release” an offer as high-risk. HireVYA’s marketplace policy does not require candidates to pay simply to access legitimate jobs.

Check the sender and destination

Verify the employer name, email domain and official career website. Be cautious when a recruiter moves immediately to an unrelated personal email, messaging account or look-alike domain. For external applications, HireVYA should send you to the official employer or ATS destination recorded for that job.

Protect sensitive information

A normal application may require professional and contact information. Do not share banking passwords, OTPs, card PINs, seed phrases or remote-device access. Government IDs, bank details and other high-risk personal data should only be supplied when genuinely required and through a verified process.

Interview and offer warning signs

Be cautious about instant offers without a credible interview, unusually high pay for vague work, pressure to act immediately, requests to receive or forward money/packages, or instructions to install unknown software. Independently verify the company before taking consequential steps.

Application status

For an external employer-site application, HireVYA records the handoff but does not claim you successfully applied unless you confirm it or an authorized integration returns a successful submission. This protects your application history from false “Applied” records.

Report suspicious listings

HireVYA’s admin and fraud controls are part of the production roadmap. Until the final reporting/contact channel is published, do not proceed with a suspicious opportunity. The final abuse-report and grievance contact must be added before full public launch.
