## Content principles

- Public job descriptions can be read without an account when source rights permit description display.
- A job page represents one canonical vacancy.
- HireVYA distinguishes Direct Apply, authorized ATS Quick Apply and external employer-site applications.
- Production job pages expose freshness, employer/source provenance and expiry information.
- Expired or unverified jobs must not continue to emit JobPosting structured data.
- Candidate profiles, resumes, applications, OAuth flows and private employer/admin areas are not public content.

## Machine-readable access

- robots.txt defines crawler access.
- sitemap.xml lists canonical public pages, rights-approved company pages and SEO-eligible jobs.
- Individual eligible job pages use schema.org JobPosting JSON-LD.
- HireVYA also maintains structured MCP tools for compatible AI clients. Candidate-specific read/write capabilities require authenticated, scoped authorization and are not public crawl content.
