Network Engineers Freshers assists with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network systems. Network Engineers support experienced engineers, learn about network configuration, and help resolve connectivity issues. By gaining hands-on experience, Network Engineers contribute to daily operations while developing their technical skills.

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and eager-to-learn Trainee Network Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 6 months of experience who are looking to kick start their career in network engineering. As a Trainee Network Engineer, you will work closely with our senior engineers, gaining hands-on experience in network setup, maintenance and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Assist in the installation, configuration and maintenance of network hardware and software. Support senior network engineers in daily network operations including monitoring network performance and diagnosing issues. Learn to configure routers, switches, firewalls and other network devices. Participate in the troubleshooting of network connectivity issues and assist in implementing solutions. Maintain documentation of network configurations, changes and upgrades. Collaborate with other IT team members to support overall IT operations and projects. Stay updated on the latest networking technologies and best practices.

Requirements

Basic understanding of networking concepts, protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Familiarity with network devices such as routers, switches and firewalls is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
