Position: Technical Lead - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

Wipro Technologies is seeking an experienced Technical Lead with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to join our dynamic TS - Enterprise Applications team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the design and development of cutting-edge ERP solutions that drive business transformation for our global clients.

The successful candidate will bring over 8 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and Dynamics 365 F&O, demonstrating strong proficiency in designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end implementations. A deep understanding of the technical architecture, combined with practical experience in customization and extension of Dynamics platforms, is essential.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate these into scalable, customized solutions. Your role will also involve mentoring development teams, ensuring best practices, and delivering high-quality solutions on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end solution design, development, and deployment of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects.
• Analyze functional requirements and design technical customizations to enhance business processes across multiple modules.
• Develop and optimize X++ code following industry standards and coding best practices.
• Manage version control and development lifecycle using tools such as VSTS and Azure DevOps.
• Design and build complex reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) to provide actionable insights.
• Serve as a technical advisor by offering innovative solutions aligned with client business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and adherence to timelines.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by staying current with the latest trends and updates in Dynamics technologies.
• Coach and develop junior team members to build a strong, capable technical workforce.

Required Technical Expertise:

• Proven experience (8+ years) with Microsoft Dynamics AX and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platforms.
• Strong proficiency in X++ development, customization, and deployment.
• Hands-on experience with VSTS/Azure DevOps for source code management and build automation.
• Extensive knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O technical architecture and modules.
• Expertise in SSRS report development and integration.
• Ability to lead design discussions, estimate effort, and implement solutions efficiently.
