Position: Team Lead

Shift: 24*7 (Flexible to work in rotational shifts and week offs)
Qualification: Graduation & above
Experience: 24-48 months
Experience Breakup: BNon BPO - GIS Mapping + OSM
Essential Hiring Skills:
1. Minimum 4+ years of experience in GIS Mapping
2. 1.5 - 2 years of experience as Team Lead
3. Mandatory knowledge of OpenStreetMap(OSM)
4. Exposure to JOSM, iD editor, OSMCHA and GIS tools viz., ArcGIS, Qgis
5. Strong understanding of map editing, road network creation, POI mapping, geometry correction, and spatial data validation
6. Proven experience in team handling, task allocation, productivity tracking, and performance management
7. Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting dashboards, and data-driven decision-making
8. Strong numerical aptitude, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing skills
10. Ability to manage escalations, drive governance, and ensure operational compliance

Job responsibilities :
1. Collaborate with stakeholders from Wipro and the client to ensure timely achievement of deliverables.
2. Serve as a subject matter expert with deep knowledge of team-specific tools, workflows, and policies, acting as the liaison between management and operators.
3. Oversee execution of core teamwork orders and provide accurate reporting on progress and outcomes.
4. Lead and manage a team of operators, driving performance to meet defined SLAs.
5. Ensure delivery of project requirements, expectations, and timelines in alignment with customer priorities.
6. Assign daily tasks to operators based on project deadlines and client priorities.
7. Monitor operational quality and performance, implementing improvements where necessary.
8. Address workflow, modeling, and policy clarifications, escalating issues when required.
9. Identify opportunities for process improvement and actively support improvement initiatives.
10. Develop and maintain domain expertise in the workflows under your leadership.
