Service Executive

Key Responsibilities * Conduct technical inspections of tractors including engine, gearbox, hydraulics, tyres, and electrical systems. * Identify repair requirements, estimate refurbishment costs, and ensure accurate grading. * Manage end-to-end refurbishment activities while maintaining quality standards and turnaround timelines. * Coordinate with local vendors/workshops for repair work and monitor quality, cost, and delivery. * Negotiate repair and spare part costs to optimize refurbishment margins. * Perform final quality checks before tractors are ready for sale. * Work closely with procurement, sales, and operations teams across assigned regions.
