Role: Senior Technical Consultant (BIP Reporting)

Seniority Level: Senior

Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent field.

Required Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience in Oracle BIP and Fusion reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy reports using Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) for Oracle Fusion Applications.

- Analyze business reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Collaborate with functional consultants and end-users to ensure report accuracy and alignment with business processes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BIP reports, data sources, and integration points.

Must-Have Skills/Technologies:

- Oracle BI Publisher (BIP)

- XML data templates, RTF layout, XSLT, bursting

- SQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning of data sources

- Oracle Fusion Applications (ERP, HCM, SCM) reporting structures

- BICC, OTBI, FBDI, and Oracle Cloud data architecture

- XML, XSL, JSON, Excel macros

- Agile environments using tools like JIRA, Git

Good-to-Have Skills/Technologies:

- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

- Experience working with large data sets

- Knowledge of integration-driven reporting needs
