Job description
•Lead Supplier selection and evaluation. Work cross-functionally to establish quality requirements for external suppliers..
•Perform PPAP/PRP to check mass production capability
•Assess Design for Manufacturability(DFM) of new product designs and drive improvements.
•Audit supplier facilities to ensure adherence to Bloom requirements
•Manage process development/change management with suppliers to meet Bloom requirements
•Provide disposal action support of suspected part .Drive continuous improvements for all supplier process.
•Deployment of quality tools / methodology for supplier critical process .
• Drive supplier development / execution and deployment of manufacturing processes that meet the BE requirement. Review prototype and production part quality document submissions from suppliers, for acceptability.
•Improve supplier quality processes such as assessments, supplier management, part approval, and corrective actions in a global world of connected / sub – tier / partnership relationships
•Lead 8D Report for complaints/Field failures
•Drive Design and Process Failure Modes and Effects Analyses (DFMEA/PFMEA) to assess and improve product designs/processes.
•Education, Skills and Experience
•Proficient in PCBA standards such as IPC,J-EDEC/ESD/MSD
•6-9 Years Experience in Electronics manufacturing Industries
•BE/B Tech in Electronics Engineering/Electrical Engineering
•Technical Knowledge to demonstrate Product design team/suppliers
•Quality Management System auditing experience
•Strong communication and interpersonal skill
•Proficiency in PowerPoint. Experience, SQC Tools,
•Ability to travel 20% - 30% of time
