Required Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze system requirements to ensure alignment with user needs and develop user journeys, mind maps, and process flows.

- Create clear and concise user stories using INVEST techniques and define user acceptance criteria.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and stakeholders, to ensure alignment with customer requirements.

- Lead agile practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and estimation.

Must-Have Skills/Technologies:

- Proficiency in modern tools and platforms, such as Jira, Confluence, and Agile project management tools

- Deep understanding of User Experience Design best practices

- Exceptional ability to simplify abstract concepts and communicate clearly

- High-level logical reasoning and analytical skills

- Excellent communication skills in English

- Experience working on enterprise-level projects with international clients

- Knowledge of Agile estimation techniques and Gherkin scripts

Good-to-Have Skills/Technologies:

- Experience with Retail, 3PL, warehousing, and logistics domains

- Familiarity with continuous improvement initiatives and best practices

- Knowledge of product innovation and improvement methodologies

- Experience with HR and management collaboration for organizational enhancement

- Familiarity with B2B products and enterprise-level projects
