Senior Integration Solution Architect

As a Senior Integration Solution Architect, you will be a vital member of a global digital technologies team. This role moves beyond traditional technical integration, focusing on building a team of Segment Domain Experts. You will deeply immerse yourself in the operational logic of distinct business segments to design a seamless digital fabric that connects global supply chains, factories, brand operations, and retail partners. Responsibilities

• Define, design, and govern enterprise-grade integration architectures across hybrid-cloud ecosystems, ensuring high availability and low latency.
• Act as a Segment Domain Expert, understanding business processes and data flows of core business segments to design effective integrations.
• Architect end-to-end integration flows connecting core enterprise systems like ERPs (SAP S/4HANA), CRMs (Salesforce), and WMS.
• Champion API-Led Connectivity and Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) as foundational paradigms for global business operations.
• Provide deep architectural expertise and hands-on design leadership across core integration platforms including SAP BTP Integration Suite, Azure Integration Services, MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Solace PubSub+, and OpenText.
• Collaborate with DevOps and Platform squads to implement modern, automated CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code for integration deployments.
• Act as a trusted consultant to Business Partners, Functional Leads, and external partners, translating complex business processes into elegant technical designs.
• Partner closely with security, data privacy, and compliance teams to enforce robust authentication standards and compliance with global regulations.
• Drive a culture of Domain Excellence within the technical team, encouraging deep expertise in specific business segments.
• Mentor junior integration architects and developers, conducting design reviews to elevate collective technical capability.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience working within a global Consumer Packaged Goods, retail, or manufacturing enterprise, or serving such clients in an architectural consulting capacity.
• Proven ability or strong desire to become a true domain expert in core CPG business processes, including Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Supply Chain & Logistics.
• Solid experience designing and governing API-led connectivity, managing API policies, and configuring CloudHub with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Proven expertise with Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, and Azure APIM.
• Deep hands-on experience integrating SAP environments (S/4HANA, ECC) with external cloud platforms and cloud LOBs using SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Experience implementing event mesh networks, real-time message routing, and publish/subscribe patterns with Solace PubSub+.
• Proven track record in B2B/EDI integration, automated document processing, and managed integration services (EDIFACT, ANSI X12, AS2, SFTP standards) with OpenText.
• Expertise in modern protocols and formats such as REST, SOAP, gRPC, JSON, XML, and flat-file integration patterns.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a highly related field.
• Professional certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, SAP Certified Integration Associate, or Solace Certified Engineer) are highly desirable.
