Senior HR Executive leads complex HR functions, including recruitment, employee development, and performance management. Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior HR Executive to oversee and manage various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company. Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns. Foster a positive work environment through engagement initiatives and conflict resolution. Develop and implement performance management systems and tools. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance to managers and employees. Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs. Support career development initiatives to help employees grow within the company. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in line with industry best practices. Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy. Manage employee benefits programs and address any related inquiries. Prepare and present HR metrics and reports to management. Use data to drive HR strategies and decision-making.

Requirements

4-6 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HR software and tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Any Graduate//MBA//PGDCA (HR)/or equivalent
