Overview

We are seeking a Sr. Flutter Developer to join our mobile development team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. You will mentor junior developers, drive best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative mobile solutions. Your expertise in Flutter development and leadership skills will be crucial to the success of our mobile projects.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, ensuring high performance, quality, and responsiveness. Architect and implement scalable solutions, following best practices in mobile app development. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create and enhance user interfaces. Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and services. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues and bugs in applications. Optimize application performance and ensure stability. Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and enforce coding standards and best practices. Oversee the deployment of Flutter applications to both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Manage app updates, versioning, and release processes. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, building, and deployment of Flutter applications. Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices related to Flutter and mobile development. Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and fostering professional growth within the team.

Requirements

2.5 - 4 years of professional experience in mobile development with a focus on Flutter and Dart. Proficiency in Flutter and Dart, with a deep understanding of cross-platform mobile development practices. Strong experience with Flutter development tools such as Android Studio or Visual Studio Code. Expertise in integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries. Advanced experience in implementing complex user interfaces and understanding of material design principles. Knowledge of unit testing frameworks and experience with UI testing. Proven experience with deployment processes, including managing apps on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Expertise in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines for Flutter projects using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a team environment. Strong communication and leadership skills.
