Role: Senior Consultant – Advisory
Band: B2
Location: PAN India
Key Responsibilities
- Assess current business processes and identify transformation opportunities.
- Conduct business analysis, process assessment, and solution design.
- Drive process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and client teams to gather requirements and recommend future-state solutions.
- Prepare executive presentations, business cases, dashboards, and consulting deliverables.
- Support transformation programs involving Automation, RPA, AI and process optimization.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, and solution playback sessions.
Required Experience
- MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2 institute with 2–4 years consulting experience OR
- Graduate with 6–8 years relevant consulting/advisory experience.
