Role: Sailpoint ISC Operations Lead 
Location: Anywhere in India

About the role:
We are looking to onboard a SailPoint ISC Operations Lead for our IDAM team.

R͏oles & Responsibilities

•    Implement, maintain, and manage the Identity Access (IDAM) lifecycle aligned with the Organization Goals and compliance requirements
•    Collaborate with multiple stakeholders like security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to align IAM capabilities and roles with organizational needs
•    Design and review Identity and Access Management related policies, standards, and procedures
•    Design and implement the controls related to IAM domain.
•    Develop standards, processes, and automation for user provisioning, access certifications, role management, and user access reviews
•    Manage the IDAM SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) SaaS solution
•    Service improvement in operations in terms of SLA’s, automation and incident and problem management, value add to existing technologies and organization.
•    Analyse performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
•    Stay current with emerging trends, standards, and technologies to drive innovation.

D͏esired Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
•    3-5 years of experience in Identity and access Management
•    Experience in designing, implementing, and operating IDAM solution within enterprise environment.
•    Good technical knowledge of IDAM products SailPoint ISC ( Identity Security Cloud) is Mandatory**.
•    Good knowledge of Cloud Security Azure / AWS / GCP
•    Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
•    Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
•    Knowledge of ITIL service delivery and support practices

P͏referred Qualifications

•    Working knowledge of security frameworks and security concepts such as defence-in-depth techniques
•    Knowledge of cybersecurity compliance frameworks such as CIS Controls, NIST, ISO 27001
•    Demonstrate commitment to high standards of ethics and values, regulatory compliance, and business integrity
•    Strong decision-making, problem-solving abilities, and leadership abilities to manage multiple, often conflicting priorities to successful completion
•    Industry standard security certifications like CISSP / CISA / CISM are a plus
•    SailPoint identity-security-engineer / Administrator certification is an advantage**
