Must have
● 3+ years’ experience in Identity & Access Management (user management lifecycle)
● Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ tool, support and admin role
● Understanding of the Sailpoint Joiner Mover Leaver workflows, provisioning/aggregation failures, optimizing system performance, and ensuring that access policies are not breached.
● Strong database skills, including building and writing SQL queries
● Experience with Microsoft Windows Server management.
● Quick learner; able to adapt existing IT skills to a new environment
● Team player mindset
● Able to work rotating shifts and perform well under pressure in a production environment
Better to have
● Experience of working on Service NOW
● Understanding of Active Directory services (including ADLDS)
● Good understanding of ITIL concepts, especially Service Operations activities
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Comfortable working across cultures
● Experience working in Agile ways of working
