Key Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee incoming inspection activities for purchased parts, modules, assemblies, and localized components.

• Ensure compliance with engineering specifications, drawings, quality standards, and inspection plans.

• Review inspection results and make disposition decisions for accepted, rejected, or conditional acceptance materials.

• Maintain incoming quality metrics and monitor supplier performance trends.

• Support investigation and disposition of defective incoming materials.

• Lead containment actions for supplier-related and incoming quality-related defects detected during manufacturing.

• Raise, track, and drive Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for line rejections and quality escapes.

• Coordinate material segregation, MRB activities, and recovery plans to minimize production impact

• Support measurement system activities and calibration requirements.

• Coordinate dimensional inspection and validation of critical features.

• Work with engineering and production teams to resolve measurement-related issues.

• Ensure inspection equipment is maintained and compliant with calibration requirements.

• Support qualification of new suppliers, parts, and localized components.

• Participate in First Article Inspection (FAI), Comparative Studies and product validation activities.

Required Qualifications

Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or any related field

Experience: 3+ years industry experience with exposure in Supplier Quality / Incoming QC / Inspection/Calibration Lab

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong working knowledge on IQC, non-conformance process handling, Metrology/Lab Experience, Measurement Skill

• Good experience in operating Co-Ordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), Video Measuring Scope (VMS) & 3D Scanning and other conventional measurement methods & instruments

• Good expertise in engineering drawing & other engineering standards

• Basic knowledge & experience in ERP or material management systems such as SAP, Oracle, Agile, or equivalent

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and report preparation.

• Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret drawing and other Engg Specifications.

• Reasonable communication and cross functional collaboration

• High diligence, data accuracy, ownership mindset, and execution discipline.

• Flexibility and adaptability, ready to work in shifts

• Experience in ATM, self-service banking, financial technology, will be advantageous
