1. Responsible for Project Execution, Project Cost Control, Materials arrangement
2. Responsible for Vendor management.
3. Candidate should handle multiple projects across Mumbai, Maharashtra.
4. Should have strong technical knowledge in "Building Management System-PLC Based".
5. A skilled planner, executor and implementer with the ability to prioritize, manage and thrive in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environments with proven success in managing operations and managing teams.
6. Overall responsible in planning and managing the execution of all technical matters pertaining to personnel, equipment, spares/consumable materials, etc. to provide requisite level of engineering services.
7. Coordination with the consultants, vendors for timely receipt of technical documentation / supplies to
meet the project schedule.
8. Well aware of PO's, WO's, Contracts, terms and conditions and material managements, vendor and
client billing, Quality Control etc.
9. Execution of complete Project work, contractor's work, billing & liaison with statutory bodies as per
the project plan.
10. Prepare specifications for purchase of materials and equipment
11. Handling team of contract employees & contractor management.
12. Min work experience- 10-12 Years
