Product Owner

Role: Product Owner

Seniority Level: Senior

Preferred Education: B.Tech or B.E.

Required Experience: 6+ Years of relevant experience working on a B2C or B2B product

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze system requirements to ensure alignment with user needs and develop user journeys, mind maps, and process flows.

- Create clear and concise user stories using INVEST techniques and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Lead agile practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and estimation using Agile estimation techniques.

- Define user acceptance criteria and document user requirements, non-functional requirements, and technical specifications.

Must-Have Skills/Technologies:

- Proficiency in modern tools and platforms, such as Jira, Confluence, and Agile project management tools

- Experience with relevant tools for requirements gathering, test planning, and documentation

- Understanding of User Experience Design best practices

- High logical reasoning and analytical skills

- Excellent Communication skills in English

- Attention to details

- Ability to explain abstract concepts in simple language

Good-to-Have Skills/Technologies:

- Understanding of OOPs

- Experience with Test Driven Development and Behaviour Driven Development

- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Miro, or Lucidchart for visual collaboration

- Knowledge of Gherkin scripts for clarity

- Experience with enterprise-level projects and international clients
