About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Search and source industrial products based on overseas customer requirements.
2. Contact manufacturers, suppliers, and vendors via phone and email.
3. Prepare and send professional quotations and follow up with suppliers.
4. Draft and manage customer emails.
5. Coordinate with clients and vendors regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery.
6. Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, and order status.
7. Support the procurement and sales team in day-to-day operations.
8. Learn about industrial products and supplier networks.
