The role involves sourcing and purchasing used tractors from customers and dealers at competitive prices. This is a field-based procurement role requiring strong negotiation skills, local market knowledge, and relationship-building with farmers and tractor dealers. Key Responsibilities Identify and connect with tractor owners, farmers, and dealers for used tractor procurement. Purchase used tractors at competitive and profitable prices for the company. Visit local markets regularly and generate procurement leads in assigned territories. Inspect tractor condition, model, documentation, and resale potential before purchase. Negotiate pricing and close procurement deals efficiently. Build and maintain strong relationships with local tractor dealers and brokers. Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and vehicle transfer processes. Achieve monthly procurement targets as per business goals.
