Job Description – Procurement Officer Company: Tractor Junction​ Location: Mehsana, Patan, Sabar Kantha, Gandhinagar, Anand, Ahmedabad​ About the Role - Tractor Junction is looking for energetic and field-oriented Procurement Officers to strengthen our used tractor business. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing old tractors from customers and dealers at competitive prices for the company. This is a field sales and procurement role requiring strong negotiation skills, local market understanding, and relationship management with tractor dealers and farmers. Key Responsibilities - •Identify and connect with tractor owners, farmers, and dealers for used tractor procurement •Purchase old tractors at reasonable and profitable prices for the company •Conduct market visits and generate procurement leads in assigned territories •Evaluate tractor condition, model, documentation, and resale potential •Negotiate pricing and close procurement deals efficiently •Maintain relationships with local tractor dealers and brokers •Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and vehicle transfer process •Achieve monthly procurement targets Required Skills & Qualifications - •Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply •Experience in field sales, automobile sales, tractor sales, or procurement preferred •Freshers with strong local market knowledge may also apply •Good negotiation and communication skills •Comfortable with extensive field work and travel •Knowledge of tractors/agriculture equipment will be an added advantage Preferred Background - Candidates from the following industries/backgrounds will be preferred: •Tractor dealerships •Used vehicle procurement •Rural/agri sales •Automobile field sales • Vehicle Loan (Tractor Loan) What We Offer - •Attractive growth opportunities •Exposure to the used tractor and agri-commerce industry •Dynamic field environment with performance-driven culture
