About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver technical product demos and proof of concept setups alongside the business development team.
2. Onboard new clients end to end: WhatsApp Business API setup, number verification, template approvals, and integrations.
3. Build chatbots, auto reply flows, campaign journeys, and CRM or website integrations for client use cases.
4. Provide first line and second line support over phone, WhatsApp, and email, and resolve tickets within SLA.
5. Train client teams to use the dashboard, campaigns, and reports on their own.
6. Reproduce bugs, document them clearly, and coordinate with the development team for fixes.
7. Create help guides, FAQs, and short tutorial videos to reduce repeat queries.

Other Requirements:

1. 1. 1 to 3 years of experience in technical support, sales engineering, or implementation, preferably for a SaaS product.
2. 2. Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and basic integrations; comfort reading JSON and API docs.
3. 3. Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API, chatbot builders, or CRM tools is a strong plus.
4. 4. Clear communicator who can explain technical concepts to non-technical business owners.
5. 5. Fluency in Hindi and English.
6. 6. Computer/IT/software engineer is preferred.
