PMO Analyst

Job Description Summary

The PMO Analyst is responsible for supporting project governance, planning, reporting, and coordination activities to ensure successful project delivery across the organization. This role works closely with project managers, business stakeholders, and leadership teams to maintain project plans, monitor risks and issues, track project performance, and provide accurate reporting and insights. The PMO Analyst helps establish and maintain PMO standards, processes, and documentation while ensuring projects remain aligned with timelines, objectives, and governance requirements. Through effective stakeholder collaboration, data analysis, and continuous process improvement, the role enables greater project visibility, consistency, and operational efficiency across the project portfolio.

Job Description

About The Role:

  • Support project governance and PMO activities to ensure effective planning, execution, and delivery of projects.
  • Maintain project schedules, RAID logs, status reports, dashboards, and documentation with accurate and timely updates.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items, escalating concerns when required.
  • Prepare project status reports, leadership presentations, and governance materials for key stakeholder meetings.
  • Coordinate with project managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align on project objectives and deliverables.
  • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and governance reviews, including agenda preparation, meeting minutes, and follow-up tracking.
  • Drive continuous improvement by supporting PMO standards, enhancing reporting processes, and maintaining project knowledge repositories.

About You:

  • 2- 4 yrs experience supporting project management and PMO functions, including project tracking, reporting, and governance activities.
  • Skilled in maintaining project plans, RAID logs, dashboards, status reports, and project documentation.
  • Experienced in coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and alignment.
  • Strong ability to track project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items while ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Proficient in preparing leadership reports, presentations, governance materials, and project performance metrics.
  • Experienced in facilitating project meetings, capturing key decisions, and maintaining accurate project records.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a focus on improving processes and driving successful project outcomes.
