MI Technician

Primary ResponsibilitiesInstall and commission smart meters at customer sites as per project guidelines.Conduct on-site testing and troubleshoot meter connectivity issues.Ensure proper wiring, sealing, and safe installation practices.Capture installation details using the mobile application/handheld device.Maintain daily installation reports and submit work status updates.Coordinate with supervisors for job allocation and issue escalation.Handle customer queries professionally during field visits.Ensure zero damage to customer property during installation.Follow EHS and electrical safety protocols at all times.Achieve assigned daily/monthly installation targets within timelines.Maintain tools, equipment, and company assets responsibly.Desired SkillsBasic knowledge of electrical systems and wiring.Ability to use handheld/mobile reporting applications.Capability to achieve daily and monthly installation targets.Accuracy in reporting and data submission.Knowledge of safety standards and compliance.Professional behaviour and customer handling skills.Good attendance and discipline as per company policy.Valid Driving License and personal Bike are mandatory (bike expenses will be reimbursed as per company policy).Qualification & Experience RequirementsITI/Diploma in Electrical, Wireman, or a related field (Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply).Candidates with 12th Pass qualification must have 1–2 years of field experience (metering/electrical work preferred).Willingness to work in a field-based role.Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions.Willing to travel within the assigned project area.CTC: ₹2,52,000 – ₹3,00,000 per annum (including PF, ESI, and other statutory benefits).Statutory Bonus will be paid separately as per company policy.Candidates will be on the TeamLease Services Ltd. payroll.
