Job description: Manufacturing Engineer:
On time delivery: Manufacturing of the AIS panels as per manufacturing plan ensuring on time delivery. 
Manufacturing Process Improvement: Ensures implementation of best practices in manufacturing at vendor’s place which will increase efficiency.
Quality: Ensures quality of the product during manufacturing of the panels as per quality standards.
Troubleshooting and problem solving: Identify and resolve issues in the manufacturing process, such as any stoppages in production due to design error and assembly error.
Collaboration: work with various teams, including design, research and development, and factory staff, to ensure smooth and effective production. 
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of production techniques, materials, and quality standards.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
Project management and organizational skills.

Experience required: 2-5 years in relevant field.
