Job Summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Manager/Analyst to join its Capital Markets team. The role will support investment sales and capital advisory transactions by conducting financial analysis, market research, valuation support, and preparing client presentations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of commercial real estate, financial modeling, and capital market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

- Support execution of capital market transactions across office, industrial, retail, residential, hospitality, and mixed-use asset classes.

- Build and maintain financial models, investment analyses, and cash flow projections.

- Conduct market research, industry analysis, and benchmarking to support client mandates.

- Assist in preparing investment memorandums, pitch books, valuation reports, and client presentations.

- Analyze property financial statements, lease agreements, operating performance, and investment metrics.

- Coordinate with clients, investors, lenders, legal advisors, and internal teams throughout transaction execution.

- Support due diligence processes and data room management.

- Track capital market trends, investment activity, and macroeconomic indicators affecting the real estate sector.

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality analysis and reports while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in real estate advisory, capital markets, investment banking, valuation, corporate finance, or transaction advisory.

- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a client-focused environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- CA/ MBA (Finance) or CFA Level I (preferred).

- Exposure to commercial real estate transactions and investment analysis.

- Knowledge of Argus Enterprise or other real estate financial analysis tools is an advantage.
