- We are seeking a Mid–Senior AI Software Architect to design and govern scalable, secure, and cloud-native AI platforms and solutions. This role focuses on defining technical strategy, reference architectures, and best practices for AI/ML systems across the enterprise.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in AI/ML technologies, enterprise architecture, and Pega platform capabilities, enabling the design of intelligent, workflow-driven business solutions that seamlessly integrate AI into enterprise applications. You will work across teams to ensure AI solutions are robust, production-ready, well-integrated, and aligned with modern architecture principles.
- Define end-to-end architecture for AI-driven solutions, from data ingestion to model inference and system integration.
- Design cloud-native AI platforms emphasize scalability, resilience, and cost efficiency.
- Establish architectural standards, blueprints, and reference implementations for AI systems.
- Guide engineering teams on AI/ML solution design and implementation.
- Design enterprise-grade integration strategies between AI systems and core platforms.
- Architect and design AI-enabled business process automation solutions using the Pega Platform, leveraging Case Management, Decisioning, and Workflow capabilities.
- Drive integration of Pega applications with AI/ML services, Generative AI models, enterprise APIs, and cloud-native platforms.
- Define best practices for embedding AI capabilities within Pega applications to enhance intelligent case management, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Provide technical leadership on Pega architecture, including application design, integration, scalability, security, and performance optimization.
- Promote modern architecture patterns:
- Microservices
- Event-driven systems
- API-first design
- Serverless architecture
- Domain-driven design
- Define MLOps strategies for model lifecycle management, monitoring, retraining, and governance.
- Ensure security, privacy, and compliance requirements are embedded into architecture.
- Evaluate new AI technologies, cloud platforms, and Pega capabilities to drive innovation.
- Lead architecture reviews and provide technical mentorship.
- Translate business needs into scalable AI and Pega solution designs.
Your success is grounded in:
- 8–12+ years of overall IT experience.
- 3–5+ years in Solution Architecture or Technical Leadership roles.
- Strong hands-on exposure to real-world AI/ML implementations.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Pega Platform, including enterprise application architecture and solution design.
- Strong understanding of Pega Infinity, Case Management, Decisioning, Integration Services, UI architecture, and application performance optimization.
- Experience integrating Pega with AI services, Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI platforms, REST APIs, and enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of Pega GenAI capabilities, Pega Blueprint, Customer Decision Hub (CDH), or related AI features will be an added advantage.
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their AI services.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns:
- API Gateways
- Event Streaming
- Message Brokers
- iPaaS
- Expertise in modern architecture styles:
- Microservices
- Event-driven Architecture
- CQRS
- Clean / Hexagonal Architecture
- Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
- Strong understanding of security, identity, data protection, and compliance for AI systems.
- Experience with container platforms, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to business and executive audiences.
- Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) certification is highly preferred. Additional certifications such as Pega Senior System Architect (SSA), Pega Decisioning Consultant, or relevant AI/Cloud certifications (Azure AI, AWS AI, Google Vertex AI) are desirable.
