Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is for React.Js Developer

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-centric web applications using React, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Translate product and business requirements into elegant, scalable front-end solutions.
- Build reusable UI components and front-end architecture that promote consistency, maintainability, and performance.
- Integrate front-end applications with backend APIs and services while ensuring reliability and security.
- Optimize application performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, backend engineers, QA, and support teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews to maintain engineering quality standards.
- Contribute to CI/CD practices, release processes, and continuous improvement across the development lifecycle.
- Support troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution in development and production environments.
- Perform code reviews, write automated tests, and uphold engineering standards for quality, security, and maintainability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement across development processes and platform capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 4 to 7 years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on front-end engineering.
- Very strong expertise in React, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience building modern browser-based applications using HTML, CSS, component-based UI development, and front-end state management patterns.
- Experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Strong understanding of web application performance, accessibility, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with source control, testing practices, and modern development workflows.
- Ability to work effectively in agile teams and collaborate across product, design, QA, and engineering functions.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
