Junior Salesforce Developer

Role description

Junior Salesforce Developers build and customize Salesforce CRM applications. They work on coding, developing new features, and troubleshooting issues. Their role involves collaborating with senior developers, learning advanced Salesforce tools, and contributing to projects to improve CRM functionality and support business needs.

Overview

As a Junior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for supporting the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that align with our business needs. You will work closely with senior developers, administrators, and business stakeholders to customize Salesforce applications, develop Apex code, and create Visualforce pages.

Responsibilities

Assist in the design and development of custom Salesforce applications and solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements. Developing Salesforce functionality and components. Participate in the testing, deployment, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions. Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Implement Salesforce design solutions including system integration and data analytic Configure software components, units, and modules that meet product specifications and development schedules for customers Basic understanding of Salesforce architectures and data models. Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities, enabling collaboration with cross-functional teams. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new Salesforce features and best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Basic knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs. Familiarity with Salesforce administration, including object creation, workflow rules, and security settings. Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
