Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2.6 years of experience in DevOps practices, with a strong foundation in automation, cloud technologies, and CI/CD pipelines. As a Junior DevOps Engineer, you will collaborate closely with development, operations, and security teams to streamline and optimize the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

CI/CD Pipeline Management: Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Automation: Write scripts and automate repetitive tasks to enhance operational efficiency. Cloud Infrastructure: Support the management and scaling of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP). Monitoring and Logging: Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure system health and performance. Collaboration: Work closely with development and operations teams to understand their needs and ensure seamless integration and delivery. Security: Assist in implementing security best practices throughout the DevOps process. Documentation: Maintain and update documentation related to DevOps processes, tools, and configurations.

Requirements

Basic Knowledge of DevOps Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI. Scripting Languages: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell. Version Control Systems: Experience with Git and understanding of branching strategies. Cloud Platforms: Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native services. Containerization: Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Monitoring Tools: Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack. Basic Networking: Understanding of networking concepts and protocols

BE/ME/B.Tech/M.Tech (CS/IT)/MCA or equivalent
