Java Backend Tech Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Backend Tech Lead to join a dynamic team in Bangalore. Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Java-based applications
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues as they arise

Requirements

• 10–18 years of experience in Java backend development
• Proficiency in Core Java and Spring Boot
• Strong experience with Apache Kafka
• Demonstrated expertise in Java APIs and Java Database Connectivity (JDBC)
• Solid understanding and experience with Agile Methodology
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior developers
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable and high-performance applications
