Job Description: Integration Administrator
Role Summary
Responsible for managing and optimizing enterprise integration platforms, driving reliable CI/CD pipelines for integration workloads, and ensuring secure, automated, and resilient operations aligned with DevOps best practices.

Key Responsibilities
•    Install, configure, and maintain middleware and integration platforms
•    Own patching and version upgrades of integration platforms
•    Build and manage CI/CD pipelines (Argo CD, GitHub)
•    Provision and manage environments using IaC (Terraform, Ansible)
•    Handle L1/L2/L3 incidents and develop SOPs
•    Implement monitoring & alerting using Dynatrace & Elastic Search platforms.
•    Diagnosing and resolving integration platform issues across networking, CDN, and container platforms (Kubernetes/OpenShift).
•    Enforce security practices (RBAC, OAuth, Vulnerability remediation)
•    Manage passwords and database account rotations via automation
•    Own certificate renewals and drive automation of these processes
•    Drive an automation-first approach
•    Work within a sprint-based agile delivery framework to support and deliver on organizational initiatives.
•    Collaborate with product and platform teams for troubleshooting & deployments

Required Skills
•    Strong ITIL expertise with demonstrated capabilities in Incident, Change, and Problem Management, along with experience in Agile delivery frameworks.
•    Platform Engineering & Linux System Administration Skills
•    Proficiency in at least two of the listed platforms, with working knowledge of a few others:
o    Oracle Middleware (WebLogic, Forms, OUD)
o    Azure (APIM, App Gateway, Key Vault)
o    Autosys, Informatica
o    Messaging (IBM MQ, RabbitMQ)
o    Akamai, Seeburger
