About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

A. New product & supplier partnerships:
1. Identify and onboard suppliers/manufacturers for new product development.
2. Source samples, quotations, specifications and negotiate commercial terms.
3. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential new products and suppliers.

B. Creator & social media partnerships:
1. Identify and onboard relevant creators and influencers across India.
2. Manage outreach, negotiations and collaboration terms.
3. Build long-term relationships with high-performing creators.

C. Partnership execution:
1. Coordinate partnerships from initial discussion to final execution.
2. Ensure timely follow-ups, deliverables and smooth partner onboarding.

D. Tracking & growth:
1. Maintain trackers for suppliers, products, creators and collaborations.
2. Identify new partnership opportunities and continuously improve conversion.
