Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
2. Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
3. Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
5. Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting and performance evaluations.
6. Facilitate training and development programs for employees at all levels.
7. Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers on various HR-related matters.
