Human Resources (HR) Executive - Fresher

About the job:

Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment and hiring, from sourcing to onboarding.
Manage employee relations and understand team concerns, conflicts and grievances.
Conduct regular employee interactions and identify issues before they become bigger problems.
Plan team-building, employee engagement and motivation activities.
Monitor employee performance, productivity and resource allocation.
Manage attendance, leave, documentation, onboarding and exit formalities.
Track employee satisfaction and reasons for attrition.
Work closely with management on manpower planning and people-related decisions.
Maintain HR reports, records and policies.
