Job Title: HR Generalist

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and people-centric **HR Generalist** to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, performance management, and policy implementation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions.
* Coordinate onboarding and induction to ensure a smooth joining experience for new employees.
* Handle employee lifecycle activities, including confirmations, transfers, promotions, exits, and full & final settlements.
* Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and ensure HRIS data accuracy.
* Drive employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, and wellness activities.
* Support the performance management process, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback cycles.
* Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies and procedures.
* Address employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support.
* Coordinate with payroll, finance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
* Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
* Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS as required.
* Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
* 2–5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
* Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and employment practices.
* Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and performance management.
* Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMS tools.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* A positive attitude, ownership mindset, and problem-solving approach.
