This role goes beyond recruitment. You will drive workforce planning, leadership hiring, employer branding, and talent strategy while ensuring every hire strengthens our culture and supports our long-term business goals. We're looking for someone who has worked closely with founders or leadership teams, thinks beyond conventional hiring, and is passionate about building exceptional teams—not just filling positions.(B)    JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITYTalent Strategy & Workforce Planning•    Develop and execute the company's talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.•    Partner with business leaders to forecast workforce needs and create hiring roadmaps.•    Build talent pipelines for current and future business requirements.Leadership Hiring & Talent Excellence•    Lead leadership, niche, and business-critical hiring.•    Drive structured hiring processes that improve quality of hire and candidate experience.•    Ensure every hiring decision balances technical capability with cultural alignment.Culture & Employer Brand•    Strengthen Lepton's culture by hiring people who embody our values and ownership mindset.•    Build Lepton's employer brand and innovative sourcing strategies.•    Enhance employee referral and talent community initiatives. Business Partnership & Innovation•    Act as a trusted advisor to founders and business leaders on talent decisions.•    Introduce innovative hiring practices, AI-enabled recruitment tools, and market intelligence.•    Challenge traditional recruitment approaches and identify smarter ways to attract exceptional talent.Recruitment Excellence•    Establish scalable recruitment processes and governance.•    Track hiring metrics and provide insights to leadership.•    Lead, mentor, and develop the Talent Acquisition team.(C)    QUALIFICATION & SKILLSETEducation•    Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
