Group Leader – (Content Moderation)
Location: Bangalore, India
Band: B2
Experience: 5+ Years
Shift: 24/7 (5 days/week with rotational week offs)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Group Leader – Content Review to manage multiple teams within a high-volume content moderation environment. The role requires strong people leadership, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence in a 24/7 setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations including Accuracy, AHT, SLA, Attrition, Shrinkage, and team development
- Lead and mentor Team Leaders and multiple teams, ensuring high performance and productivity
- Drive delivery excellence through process adherence and continuous improvement
- Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven action plans
- Ensure compliance with policies and quality standards in content review processes
- Handle escalations, client interactions, and stakeholder communication
- Build a strong talent pipeline through coaching and development initiatives.[

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in BPO/ITES or Content Moderation domain
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Lean / Six Sigma certification
- Strong understanding of process metrics and operational KPIs
- Experience in high-tech or content moderation environments
