<p data-start="573" data-end="772">This pivotal role at WPP Media involves actively participating in and managing various audit processes, including group internal audits and client audits (media, financial, rate benchmarking) audits.</p>
<p data-start="774" data-end="1013">Group Head will also contribute to operational and management review process audits and remediation, with a strong focus on overall process streamlining and ensuring compliance across the organization.</p>

<p data-start="1041" data-end="1061"><strong data-start="1041" data-end="1061">Audit Management</strong></p>

<li data-section-id="1lsa2xm" data-start="1062" data-end="1179">Support and actively participate in internal audits and client-facing audits, covering media and financial reviews.</li>
<li data-section-id="eegh1c" data-start="1180" data-end="1245">Assist with functional audits as directed by senior management.</li>
<li data-section-id="ifo33k" data-start="1246" data-end="1424">Ensure all audit activities are conducted thoroughly, on time, and in full compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.</li>

<li data-section-id="16ypxgs" data-start="1464" data-end="1614">Proactively manage and monitor organisational compliance across all relevant statutory, internal, and regulatory frameworks, policies, and guidance.</li>
<li data-section-id="r5rww8" data-start="1615" data-end="1750">Identify inefficiencies and champion process streamlining initiatives to drive greater operational effectiveness across the business.</li>
<li data-section-id="1sjhsiq" data-start="1751" data-end="1887">Partner with cross-functional teams to embed a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.</li>

<li data-section-id="43vydw" data-start="2031" data-end="2182">Coordinate seamlessly across internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and complete information flows during audit cycles.</li>
<li data-section-id="qr00sc" data-start="2183" data-end="2335">Distil complex and large-scale datasets into clear, structured, and actionable insights for senior stakeholders.</li>
</ul>

<li data-section-id="1kzpvuw" data-start="3010" data-end="3186">Report Early Warning signals and key risk areas to relevant stakeholders in a timely and structured manner, enabling early intervention.</li>

<p data-start="3226" data-end="3252"><strong data-start="3226" data-end="3252">Education & Experience</strong></p>

<li data-section-id="pge2j0" data-start="3253" data-end="3347">Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience; <strong data-start="3341" data-end="3347">OR</strong></li>
<li data-section-id="32wtmw" data-start="3348" data-end="3443">Semi-Qualified CA (CA Inter/IPCC cleared) with a minimum of 5–6 years of relevant experience.</li>
<li data-section-id="vlgurf" data-start="3444" data-end="3559">Prior experience with a mid-size internal audit firm is strongly preferred.</li>
</ul>
<p data-start="3561" data-end="3580"><strong data-start="3561" data-end="3580">Audit Expertise</strong></p>

<li data-section-id="psdw8w" data-start="3581" data-end="3689">Demonstrated, hands-on experience in internal audit, process reviews, and control improvement initiatives.</li>
<li data-section-id="54ir8e" data-start="3690" data-end="3866">Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent audit workstreams with meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational discipline.</li>
</ul>
