Job description

GenAI Product Builder Intern

About us

Tetriz is an AI Engineering Intelligence platform that helps engineering organizations become AI-native, faster. We measure how AI coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot are actually used, improve engineer effectiveness through prompt and workflow coaching, and help engineering leaders demonstrate AI ROI with board-ready, defensible insights.

Who should apply

This is not a general internship, you should apply only if:

- You’ve built or designed things outside of college

- You have a portfolio / GitHub of real work

- Your work shows initiative, not just completion

- You care about problems, not just tools

If your experience is mostly coursework, this won’t be a fit.

What you’ll get - Work on a real AI product used by engineering teams

- Own problems end-to-end, not assist someone else

- Exposure to cutting-edge GenAI workflows - A steep learning curve — we’ll push you hard and help you grow fast

If you’re hungry and serious, you’ll leave this internship 10x better and ready for the AI-first world.

What you’ll do

- Build features end-to-end — from idea to production - Work with LLMs, APIs, and internal systems - Create tools that improve developer workflows - Ship fast, iterate, and improve based on usage

What we’re looking for

GitHub that feels like a product portfolio

- Projects with real users / real utility - Ability to explain why something should exist - Comfort getting your hands dirty and figuring things out

Strong signals - Tools, extensions, SaaS projects, or AI apps - Product launches (even small ones) - Writing about what you build (optional but great)
