Role Summary
FDE L3 is a senior, high-ownership engineer who leads complex customer deployments end-to-end. The role independently frames problems, designs architectures, drives KPI impact, and mentors junior FDEs.
Scope & Complexity
- Owns end-to-end technical delivery for customer engagements
- Handles ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces
- Acts as a trusted technical advisor to client teams
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and deploy scalable, resilient GenAI and agentic systems
- Anticipate failure modes and proactively design mitigations
- Define client KPI improvement opportunities and drive outcomes
- Mentor FDE L1/L2 engineers and set delivery best practices
Skills Expectations
- Advanced system design and distributed systems expertise
- Deep understanding of agentic architectures, evaluations, and tradeoffs
- Strong command of performance, cost, and reliability optimization
- Confident stakeholder management and technical storytelling
