Job description

- Drafting & Detailing: Preparation of plants layout, general arrangement drawings (GADs) and manufacturing / fabrication drawings for conveyor systems, stackers reclaimers and mobile machines.
- 3D Modeling: Developing 3D models for assemblies and sub-assemblies.
- Structural Drafting: Detailing structural steel supports, gantries, and transfer towers for manufacturing.
- BOM Preparation: Creating bill of Materials (BOM) and material take-offs for procurement.
- Technical Coordination: Interfacing with vendor drawings, design engineers and site erection terms to resolve layout design issues.
- Standards Compliance: Experience in relevant Indian and International standards (eg: IS, ISO, DIN) for drafting.
Required Skills
- Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (2D) and 3D tools such as Advance steel or other software.
- Domain Knowledge: Understanding of conveyor systems and mobile bulk material handling equipment.
- Technical Drawing: Proficiency in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and 2D drafting standards.
