Data and Insights Analyst

This role is for a Data and Insights Analyst specializing in tooling and reporting. You will be instrumental in developing and maintaining robust business intelligence solutions that drive strategic decision-making. The position requires a strong blend of technical skills in data visualization and reporting, coupled with a deep understanding of business operations and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Design and implement business intelligence solutions using modern data visualization and analytics tools.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and effective executive communication of findings.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of KPI frameworks and business performance measurement.
• Support portfolio reporting and executive governance initiatives.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in AI-assisted reporting, predictive analytics, and modern analytics platforms.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, Business Operations, Strategy, or Management Consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience developing executive dashboards, scorecards, and business intelligence solutions.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and modern data visualization tools.
• Solid understanding of KPI frameworks, business performance measurement, and portfolio reporting.
• Experience working with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, SAP, Oracle, or ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, data visualization, and storytelling skills.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
