Job Description

Role Purpose

    • Identify, define and validate quantum use cases in your domain (e.g., finance, healthcare, supply chain) with ROI, feasibility, scalability.
    • Deep dive: analyze customer data, constraints, business process pain points; map them to quantum / hybrid quantum-classical solutions.
    • Lead presales: craft proposals, solution architectures, cost/benefit models; respond to RFPs; differentiate quantum offerings.
    • Prepare and deliver demos & prototypes at the innovation center to showcase capabilities to clients / prospects.
    • Work closely with engineering/research teams to ensure technical viability of proposed solutions, manage risk.
    • Evangelize quantum internally and externally: workshops, whitepapers, speaking engagements
        • unicating technical material to non-technical stakeholders.
        • Proven track record of leading deals, demos, customer engagements.

    • Qualifications / Skills:
      • Deep experience in consulting / solution architecture / presales or domain expertise.
      • Good understanding of quantum computing paradigms, algorithmic possibilities, current limitations.
      • Good business acumen; ability to quantify business value; skilled in comm

Quantum Researcher

  • Total Experience: PhD plus ~ 3-7 years post PhD (or equivalent research)
  • Quantum-Specific Experience: 4-7 years in quantum algorithm/theory/simulation research
  • Location: Bangalore

    • Key Responsibilities:
    • Research and develop novel quantum / hybrid quantum‐classical algorithms (e.g., error mitigation, noise resilience, optimization, simulation).
    • Engage with academic institutions: joint projects, publications, student supervision, workshops.
    • Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with niche quantum startups and technology providers.
  •  Publish in top conferences / journals; represent the organisation in forums, conferences, standards bodies.
  • Assist product / engineering teams in translating research insights into prototypes / proof-of-concepts.
  • Maintain awareness of latest scientific developments, benchmark emerging hardware, simulate algorithm performance.

  • Qualifications / Skills:
  • PhD in Physics / Mathematics / Quantum Information Science or equivalent.
  • Strong theoretical grounding; experience with quantum algorithms, error correction, simulation tools.
  • Track record of publications; ability to conduct independent research.
  • Collaborative, with ability to liaise across academia & industry.
  • Good coding / simulation skills (Python, C++, knowledge of quantum simulators and maybe early hardware).
