Job description

COMPANY OVERVIEW

We exist to make food the world loves. But we do more than that. Our company is a place that prioritizes being a force for good, a place to expand learning, explore new perspectives and reimagine new possibilities, every day. We look for people who want to bring their best — bold thinkers with big hearts who challenge one another and grow together. Because becoming the undisputed leader in food means surrounding ourselves with people who are hungry for what’s next.

OVERVIEW

The Condition Monitoring Consultant will remotely monitor machinery health across multiple manufacturing sites and a variety of production and utilities equipment to improve asset reliability. The role involves analyzing data from condition monitoring and predictive maintenance platforms, identifying critical issues, generating actionable work orders, collaborating with Maintenance & Reliability and Planning & Scheduling teams, tracking program success, and reporting key metrics to stakeholders. This role requires you to operate in 1.30 pm to 10.30 pm.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Analyze data from condition monitoring technologies such as vibration, infrared, ultrasound, tribology, non-destructive testing, and motor circuit analysis to identify equipment issues and failure risks.
  • Monitor equipment trends and conditions, and recommend corrective actions to reduce unplanned downtime, losses, and maintenance costs.
  • Create and manage work orders for inspections and repairs through CMMS/Maximo, while collaborating with plant M&R teams to drive issue resolution and track progress.
  • Utilize predictive maintenance tools, analytics, AI-based models, and EAMS/CMMS data to improve maintenance strategies and expand predictive maintenance capabilities.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and program metrics such as defects found, defects fixed, work order completion rate, downtime reduction, energy savings, and resource utilization to demonstrate program value.
  • Partner with Planning & Scheduling, M&R leaders, CIS teams, and plant teams to optimize PM strategies, support sensor/data management, and prioritize technical inquiries.
  • Lead and support RCA investigations and apply continuous improvement tools such as Loss Tree Analysis, FMEA, Why-Why Analysis, and Daily Management Systems to address top losses.
  • Build organizational capability by developing predictive standards, creating OPLs/documentation, providing technical coaching, and guiding the M&R community on predictive technologies and best practices, including achieving required ISO Level III certification timelines.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Full-time graduation from an accredited university (mandatory)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Production, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering
  • 7+ years of related experience in the Maintenance & Reliability (M&R) field
  • Strong experience in data review and analysis using condition monitoring and predictive technologies such as vibration, ultrasound, thermography, oil analysis, and motor circuit analysis

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Production, Electronics, Telecommunication, or Instrumentation Engineering
  • Industry-recognized Level I/II certifications in Vibration Analysis, Ultrasound, Thermography/Infrared Analysis, or Oil Analysis
  • 7+ years in the M&R field along with 2+ years of experience in condition monitoring or predictive technologies
