Campus Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with universities, engineering colleges, and management institutes across UP and neighbouring states
• Serve as the primary point of contact with placement cells, TPOs, and faculty
• Conduct annual campus visits, pre-placement talks (PPTs), and company awareness sessions
• Build and maintain a structured relationship calendar for 20+ institution partners
• Negotiate MoUs and formal tie-ups for recurring placement drives
• Plan and execute end-to-end campus recruitment drives - on-campus and virtual
• Coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements, skill matrices, and batch hiring targets
• Manage candidate pipeline from application to offer - scheduling, assessments, interviews, offer issuance
• Maintain ATS/tracker for all campus candidates with real-time status updates
• Drive intern-to-full-time conversion from lateral intern programs
• Plan and execute LinkedIn and social media campaigns targeting students and fresh graduates
• Represent CEDCOSS at career fairs, technical fests, and inter-college events
• Track and report campus metrics: applications, shortlisting ratio, offer-to-joining conversion, cost per hire
• Maintain updated institutional database with placement data, key contacts, and hiring history
• Forecast hiring needs aligned to quarterly business demands

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, or education-industry liaison roles
• Prior experience handling placement drives, MoU coordination, or TPO relationships strongly preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for candidate tracking and data reporting
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills
• Willingness to travel to campuses across UP and neighbouring states
