Business Development Executive

About the job:

Key responsibilities:
-Generate new business leads for custom furniture and design projects
-Develop and maintain relationships with architects and interior designers
-Identify potential builders, developers, hospitality clients and premium homeowners
-Conduct regular cold calls, meetings and field visits
-Visit architect studios, project sites and potential client locations
-Introduce WOD's products, services and design capabilities professionally
-Understand client requirements and identify potential project opportunities
-Coordinate with the design team for estimates, quotations and proposals
-Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective and existing clients
-Convert qualified leads into confirmed projects
-Negotiate professionally while maintaining WOD's premium positioning and pricing
-Maintain a proper sales pipeline and lead database
-Track every lead from initial enquiry to final closure
-Maintain daily and weekly sales reports
-Achieve monthly lead-generation, meeting and sales targets
-Develop long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
-Coordinate with the design, production and accounts teams to ensure smooth client communication
-Attend exhibitions, networking events and industry meetings whenever required
