About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Analyst L3 to join our Business Process Services division at Wipro Technologies. This role focuses on developing and delivering comprehensive training programs centered on Machine Learning (ML) auditing and quality evaluation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining audit standards, ensuring consistency across multiple teams, and driving continuous improvement in model evaluation processes.

As a Business Analyst L3, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance, Operations, Product, Policy, and Client stakeholders to facilitate knowledge sharing and enhance training materials aligned with evolving ML workflows. Your insights and analysis will directly impact audit effectiveness, model performance assessment, and overall operational quality enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation, maintenance, and delivery of training programs that comprehensively cover ML auditing guidelines, annotation standards, review methodologies, and regulatory compliance policies.
• Update and refine training manuals, audit playbooks, process documentation, and knowledge resources to reflect recent developments in ML models and operational changes.
• Conduct thorough onboarding sessions along with periodic certification, upskilling, and recurrent training for Quality Assurance teams involved in ML reviews and root cause analyses (RCA).
• Analyze audit data, quality trends, and RCA findings to identify learning gaps and propose targeted training interventions to enhance team performance.
• Collaborate actively with diverse stakeholders across business lines to ensure a unified interpretation of audit standards and ML evaluation criteria.
• Track trainee progress using assessments, certifications, and quality metrics; provide constructive feedback and formulate personalized development plans.
• Generate detailed reports on training effectiveness, highlighting common defects, auditing risks, and areas necessitating further coaching or process refinement.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Data Analytics, or a related field is required.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in training, quality assurance, auditing, or machine learning-related operations, with demonstrable expertise in training design and delivery.

Technical and Tool Proficiency:

• Experience with Google Workspace tools including Sheets, Docs, and Slides enhances your efficiency in preparing documentation and reports.
• Familiarity with audit and reporting tools commonly used in ML quality assessment is a plus.
