Role: Bid Consultant

Seniority Level: Mid-level

Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, IT, or a related field

Required Experience: 3+ Years in technical proposal writing, bid management, and compliance

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the end-to-end bid process including technical proposal development, bid coordination, and compliance management

- Collaborate with sales, technical, legal, and finance teams to gather inputs and develop compelling proposals aligned with client requirements

- Ensure all bids meet compliance standards, client specifications, and organizational policies

- Manage bid timelines and resources to ensure timely delivery of high-quality proposals

Must-Have Skills/Technologies:

- Proven experience in technical proposal writing, bid management, and compliance

- Excellent project management and organizational skills

- Superior written and verbal communication abilities

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict deadlines

- Proficient in MS Office and bid management software/tools

- Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset

- Analytical skills

Good-to-Have Skills/Technologies:

- Strong understanding of Oracle ERP solutions

- Knowledge of Oracle Technology developments, industry trends, and competitor activities
